Embrace Our Diversity

Looking back to the start of our journey with Theo, I now appreciate how little I understood about being Autistic or Neurodivergent. I still have so so much to learn too, I feel like I’ll ever stop learning.

Based on what I have learnt and seen so far, I believe we need a shift in how our society positions Neurodivergence. It’s not something tragic that happens to people, it’s a fundamental part of people, which can bring with it great strengths.

Let’s change the focus and embrace our Neurodiversity because being different is not equal to being less. 

This design is an expression of how important I think it is for us to embrace our diversity and acknowledge that different is not less.
