We have found that building a relationship based on trust, collaboration and teamwork  is most successful for our son. If he feels empowered it is better for him. Traditional forms of parenting, based on hierarchy, don’t work in our house. That’s okay, they don’t need to. 

This design is based on our approach to parenting.
